[gentoo-project] use FEATURES=test at the tinderbox

Hi,


after a talk at IRC I started to broaden the scope of the tinderbox [1]
by adding FEATURES=test .

A lot of findings did appear immediately.

That's why now only the packages defined in [2]  (requested at IRC by
gentoo devs) will have that feature aktivated.

Over the time I do plan to add more categories - will see, how it is
going on.

If you like seeing your package categories in [2] - just drop me a
message in IRC.

And ofc "notest" is a valid decision too - just ping me for that too.
