3 As someone said, a lot of legacy code is being removed/cleaned/simplyfied.

5 Kernel could be an issue when it comes to swappiness, but not when it comes
6 to the amount of ,memory that a given version of $CC will use to compile a
7 given package, provided that $HARDWARE and $CFLAGS are constant.
