I have stopped working on this for the last few weeks because school
was cancelled due to snow for 6 days of these last weeks. My kids have
been requiring all my attention and I got behind on my real job. Now
that school is back in I'll get back to work.

I want to start transferring the design to the xml templates. I'll
start working on that and hopefully have something to show on monday or
tuesday. I'm going to focus just on the top nav, ad space and footer
for now since those have basically been agreed upon. Once the actual
content layout has been finalized I will fill it in.
