10 Yes, and the same applies to you. I actually established the Foundation.
11 GLEP 39 was not designed to usurp the authority of the trustees but to
12 solve another problem, namely the project metastructure, or day-to-day
13 running of the project and decision-making and problem resolution related
14 to technical matters.

16 The basic delineation that people should (start) to use is that the Council
17 directly runs the project, and the Trustees oversee issues related to the
18 long-term health of the project. The Council is the executive team, and the
19 trustees are the board of directors.
